Bill Brosseau is an experienced financial executive and certified (PMP) project manager. After over 20 years in 
operational finance and ten years as an internal consultant and project management leader, Bill formed Brosseau Consulting Associates in order to assist large and small organizations with their project and financial management challenges.
Bill has held financial leadership roles in several manufacturing companies and was an Audit Committee and Finance Committee member at a Boston-based not for profit agency. Among his accomplishments were the creation of an integrated financial and operational reporting package, the design and management of a cost reduction program, the development of several banking relationships, leadership of a cash turnaround initiative to avoid bankruptcy, shrinking of the monthly closing cycle by 50% and the implementation of a full suite of Oracle applications. Bill held senior financial positions as either Controller or CFO in three companies ranging from $25 million to $200 million in annual revenue.
Bill also directed several functions at a $1 billion human services corporation, including corporate administration, project management and mergers and acquisitions. Functioning largely as an internal consultant, Bill led a Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, established a Project Management Office, developed several executive dashboards, integrated over 40 acquisitions and managed several growth initiatives that increased both the top and bottom line of the organization.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College. He is equally comfortable making presentations to Board members, supervising financial personnel, rolling up his sleeves to close the books or managing a complex multi-functional initiative. With the ability to adapt and analyze, a history of managing multiple priorities and familiarity with virtually all corporate functions, Bill is able to provide immediate value to his clients.
